Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 October 2026. These are our basic terms. We'll give you a copy of the full terms before you sign up, and we may update them from time to time.

Who we are

Site Bloke is run by Clinton D'Souza, a sole trader (ABN 79 429 040 802). Contact: clinton@getsitebloke.com.au or 0434 765 402.

The service

We build, host and maintain a website for your business. Before you pay anything, we show you a free preview. You decide whether to go ahead.

Pricing and payment

  • Monthly plan: $99 + GST ($108.90 incl. GST) per month, billed monthly in advance.
  • Yearly plan: $899 + GST ($988.90 incl. GST) per year, billed yearly in advance.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars. We issue a tax invoice for every payment.
  • If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it isn't sorted out, we may pause your site until it is.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by email. Your site stays up until the end of the period you've paid for. Yearly plans are paid for 12 months up front. If you cancel a yearly plan partway through the year, there's no refund for the rest of the year. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to your site

Text changes, such as services, hours or contact details, are included. Send them by email or text. Styling and structure changes (design or layout) may cost extra. We'll quote you before any work starts.

Your content and details

You're responsible for making sure the details you give us are accurate, including licence numbers, and that you have the right to use any photos, logos and customer reviews you send us. We only publish reviews you give us and are happy to share.

Domain names

Your domain name isn't included in the plan price and is a separate cost. We can use a domain you already own, or help you register one, and we'll confirm the cost before you sign up. If you leave, we'll help you move your domain.

Search engines

We build sites so search engines can understand them, but we can't guarantee any ranking on Google or elsewhere. We're not affiliated with Google.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.
