Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build the preview at our cost. If you don't want it, just say no and we'll take it down.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, with no lock-in. Yearly plans are paid up front for 12 months, with no refund if you cancel partway through the year. Nothing in our terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Is the domain name included?
No, it's a separate cost. We can use a domain you already own, or help you register one, and we'll confirm the cost before you sign up. If you leave, we'll help you take your domain with you.
Do you write the words?
Yes. We write it from what you tell us. You check everything before it goes live.
Will you use reviews from other websites?
No. We only show customer reviews you send us and are happy to share.
Do you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?
No one honestly can. We build your site so search engines can understand it, but rankings depend on many things outside our control. We're not affiliated with Google.
Do I need a licence number on my site?
For many licensed trades, yes. For example, NSW and QLD require licence details in advertising, including websites. We'll ask for yours and show it properly.
What if I already have a website?
We focus on businesses that don't have one yet, but get in touch and we'll be honest about whether we can help.
