Site Bloke is run by Clinton D'Souza, a sole trader (ABN 79 429 040 802). This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Business contact details that are publicly listed, such as a business name, phone number, email address, trade and service area.
• Details you send us, such as your name, contact details, photos, licence numbers and reviews you'd like shown on your site.
• Billing details needed to invoice you. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
• Enquiries sent through your Site Bloke website, which are passed on to you.

How we use it

To contact businesses about a free website preview, build and run your site, send invoices, and answer your questions. We don't sell personal information.

Our emails to businesses

We may email a business at its publicly listed business address about a website preview. Every email says who we are and how to opt out. If you reply asking us to stop, or email clinton@getsitebloke.com.au with "unsubscribe", we won't contact you again and we'll take down any preview we made for you.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as website hosting, email and payment providers. Some of them may store data outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. If you have a complaint, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
